Shipping policy

Drugstore Cowboy currently ships at zero delivery cost, please refrain from any payment to the Delivery executive at your doorstep, unless customer has opted for a Cash On Delivery service for their purchased items. PAN India shipments take 2-7 working days from date of order to reach the location provided by the buyer.

Two to seven days is an approximate bracket. The same may or may not be affected by delivery operational constraints due to shift in government or local authority rules and regulations, inter-state or inter-city connectivity, high volume in the center and incenter challenges leading to backlogs and delays in connection, climate, natural disaster, man-made disaster, festivals, local ceremonies, political intervention, local strike, transport, road blockages or local construction, etc.
