Drugstore Cowboy (DSCB) offers free shipping across India on all prepaid orders. Please do not make any payment to the delivery executive at the time of delivery unless you have specifically opted for Cash on Delivery (COD) while placing your order.

Orders are typically delivered within 2–7 business days from the date of purchase, depending on the destination and serviceability of the delivery location.

Please note that the estimated delivery timeline is indicative and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. Delays may arise from changes in government or local regulations, inter-state or inter-city transport disruptions, high shipment volumes, operational backlogs, adverse weather conditions, natural or man-made disasters, festivals, local events, political disturbances, strikes, road blockages, construction activities, or other unforeseen logistical challenges.
