Exchange
Buyer stands eligible to request for an exchange within seven days from delivery of purchased items. Exchange will apply for sizes, a different product or the same product depending on its availability at the time of request. (The brand creates pieces in limited quantity, after which no items are restocked/remade. Hence a customer may or may not be able to exchange in this case). Incase of exchange in a different product, customer must opt for the same value as the original order or opt for a product of higher value by paying the difference.
Return
Drugstore Cowboy does not support return of any purchased items unless case of damage from our end.
Return and exchange requests will be nullified incase of usage. Product is expected in original condition along with tags, labels and packaging.
Shipping charges for return and exchange will be borne by Drugstore Cowboy.
To start a return/exchange, you can contact us at help@drugstorecowboy.in. or message us on Instagram dscb.in within seven days from delivery of purchased item. Write to us about your concern and share images/videos if required. We will arrange for a pick-up from the location of shipment delivery and notify you when the product has been received and inspected. Once approved, refund of damaged product /delivery of exchanged product will be initiated.
Refunds are initiated promptly from our end; however, your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
